Please read this page carefully to ensure a smooth registration process.
Each conference has its own pricing as the venues charge different rates.
The fee we require from the delegates mainly only covers the cost of the accommodation we hire. The cost of the speakers is covered by donations.
After paying the deposit at registration, all delegates are encouraged to make use of the early bird offer. This has two reasons: It brings the cost down for the delegate and enables us to settle the bill with the Lodge and Hotel in advance as required.
At registration an automated email with the bank account details will be sent to the email address of the delegate supplied. Should you not receive this or have any queries, please contact the administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A deposit has to be paid immediately after registration to ensure your registration. If no deposit is received the registration might lapse after 72 hours.
Please note: The deposit is part of the total fee indicated below.
For staying guests, the deposit is R500 per person.
For day visitors the deposit is R150 per person.

Full price per person with sharing accommodation:
Early bird: R1,500 – if paid in full before 30 November 2018
Normal price: R1,650 – full amount has to be paid before 22 December 2018
This fee is for the full conference which is counted as two full days.
Early bird: R800 – if paid in full before 30 November 2018.
Normal price: R900 – full amount has to be paid before 22 December 2018
