Note: This pricing only applies to the Cape Town Conference.
Each conference has its own pricing as the venues charge different rates.
The fee we require from the delegates mainly only covers the cost of the accommodation we hire at Stellenbosch Lodge. The cost of the speakers as well as the administration of the conference is covered by donations.
After paying thedepositat registration, all delegates are encouraged to make use of theearly bird offer. This has two reasons: It brings the cost down for the delegate and enables us to settle the bill with the Hotel in advance as required.
At registration an automated email with the bank account details will be sent to the email address of the delegate supplied. Should you not receive this or have any queries, please contact the administrator firstname.lastname@example.org.
A deposit has to be paid immediately after registration to ensure your registration. If no deposit is received the registration might lapse after 5 working days.
For staying guests, the deposit is R500 per person.
For day visitors the deposit is R150 per person.
The deposit is part of the full fee as indicated below.
Cape Town Conference
Full price per person with sharing accommodation:
Early bird: R2,050 – if paid in full before 15 November 2017
Normal price: R2,200 – full amount has to be paid before 22 December 2017
R800 per person for full conference, covers all sessions, meals and teas.
The closing date for registrations and payments is Friday 22 December 2017.
All fees have to be paid by the closing date for registration. If there are any queries regarding this, please contact the administrator email@example.com as soon as possible after your registration.
Once all fees have been paid, you will receive a confirmation email with further details as soon as possible after 22 December.
